Quilt guild meeting to be held March 12
Event Details:
The Farmersville Quilt Guild will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 12 in the O. E. Carlisle Civic center.
The program will feature Karen Smith demonstrating how to make Charm quilts. These fun, fast quilts have been a favorite of quilters since Victorian times. Members are asked to bring twenty 5 inch squares of fabric to exchange along with any red and white fat quarters for the March drawing.
Members are also reminded to bring finished patriotic block pieces and raffle ticket money to the meeting. Raffle tickets will be sold by members until April for a beautiful quilt. Visitors are always welcome.
