Sue Looney Chandler
Funeral services for Sue Looney Chandler of Farmersville, were held March 12 at the Church of Christ in Farmersville followed by interment at the Ridgeview Memorial Park.
Services were officiated by Tom Gaumer of Farmersville, and John Morgan of Snyder.
Mrs. Chandler died March 9 at Hilltop Haven Care Center in Gunter. She was born Oct. 27, 1931 in Winters.
Mrs. Chandler attended Abilene Christian University in Abilene.
She was a Missionary wife for almost 60 years in the Church of Christ with her husband on five continents.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Charles S. Chandler; daughters, Lynda McMillan of Hilltop Haven in Gunter, LaRue Brewer and her husband Keith of Arlington, Lesa Pearsall of Lowell, N.C.; son, Charles Paul Chandler and wife Lisa of Rowlett, 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
